The company\u2019s long-time CEO, Reima Leinonen, will continue in his role and remain a significant shareholder.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1995, REL-Palvelu Oy is a family business from Oulu specializing in telematics solutions and services. The company installs and maintains road weather stations, road and traffic cameras, and carries out other demanding system installations. REL-Palvelu operates nationwide across Finland, from the south up to Lapland. Through the transaction, the company gains additional resources and strategic support to expand its operations and enhance its service capabilities.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am pleased that we have found a long-term partner who shares our values,\u201d says CEO Reima Leinonen. \u201cThe involvement of Stephen Industries provides us with even better opportunities to develop our business and serve our customers even more effectively.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to both parties, the company\u2019s daily operations will continue as before, with existing customer relationships and personnel remaining the foundation of the business.
