Henna possesses profound knowledge and over a decade of experience in financial management. She started her journey at Stephen Industries on subsidiary boards and moved into her current role in 2021. When she’s not working, Henna enjoys spending time with her loved ones and participating in sports activities, including running, tennis, and downhill skiing – and changing the world for the better while at it.

Our Investment Director Tor reviews Stephen Industries’ investment opportunities, working to find those that are the best fit for us. He also supports our portfolio companies with strategic planning and fundraising projects. Tor’s background is in corporate finance and investments, and his career highlights include supporting clients and employers with major exits. To balance out his daily work’s demands for analytical and creative problem-solving, Tor engages in sports such as sailing, kiteboarding and snowboarding – and learning all things new through reading.

Senior Advisor Seppo Siljama has several decades worth of experience in international financing, investment banking and demanding board positions. Outside of work, Seppo loves a well-balanced, active life, together with his family and two hunting dogs.

Florencio Campomanes is our Investment Analyst with a background in finance, investment banking, management consulting and private equity. For Florencio, a dream case to be analyzed is an innovative, driven company with a transparent, honest, and straightforward culture. He’s especially great at evaluating investment opportunities and working out the details – and spotting potential red flags. In his free time, Florencio loves sports, traveling and enjoying a great work/life-balancet.

With attention to detail and with a proactive approach she helps facilitate the daily activities of our team, making sure everything runs seamlessly. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lilli enjoys spending time in nature and visiting cultural and arts events.
